Neuros Medical was formed in 2008 in Cleveland, Ohio, by a team led by Jon Snyder and the inventors of the Company’s platform nerve block technology (the “Nerve Block”), Drs. Kevin Kilgore and Niloy Bhadra of Case Western Reserve University. Building upon solid technology and research testing, Mr. Snyder formed Neuros Medical to commercialize this technology.

Neuros is focused on developing neurostimulation therapies based on Nerve Block for patients with chronic pain conditions. The technology reduces chronic pain in a variety of applications including residual limb/neuroma pain with potential applications in cancer pain, diabetic neuropathy, and chronic post surgical pain.

Mark Teague serves on the Board of Directors of the Company.
