SupplierInsight ("SI" or "the Company") owns approximately 713,819 Common Shares of Procuri and a 50 percent ownership in BNCR, a China-based joint venture developing a database of China-based manufacturers. The Board of SI is currently developing a business plan to continue the development of BNCR. The scope of BNCR may be expanded to include the provision of outsourced services to U.S.-based companies seeking a comprehensive solution to sourcing from and to China.

In addition to its financial investments, Thomas Tyrrell served on the Board of Directors and acted as interim CEO from January 2002 through May 2003, and Stephen Haynes provided financial advisory services and strategic planning assistance.

SI was sold to Procuri, Inc, in November 2003 in a stock transaction.

Procuri shares held by SupplierInsight were sold to Ariba in December 2007.
