Glengary,
embodying a unique approach to enhance opportunities presented by the early-stage
investment market, was founded on the premise that most early-stage companies
require experienced leadership more than money to increase their chances
for success. Unfortunately, in most cases early-stage companies are either
not able to afford this key ingredient for success or put far too much of
their generally minimal fund balances into this resource. Glengary's approach
eliminates this dilemma.
Glengary believes it will be a high performing enterprise that executes
well for its investors and client companies, while at the same time delivering
substantial value to the NEO economy. This is summarized in our market message
- "doing well, while doing good" for NEO. We stand committed to this dual success.
Consistent with its investment focus, Glengary generally targets investments
ranging from $ 100,000 to $1,500,000. For larger investments, Glengary will
lead syndications of these transactions with other select providers of private
equity.

Glengary emphasizes investment and managerial opportunities in Northeast Ohio, a region historically underserved by early-stage private equity capital markets but in which we believe there are substantial opportunities and investment merits. We also will consider compelling investment and managerial opportunities outside the Northeast Ohio region.

mitigating costly business management errors and preparing management
for future funding initiatives, while aligning interests of constituents
resulting in the efficient use of capital in reaching critical milestones
and increasing enterprise value.
- Utilize the credibility of its well-known and respected Glengary Board and Founding Partners, in combination with its Operating Partners, Advisory Partners, Service Partners and Educational Partner, to instill confidence in the regional investment community, eliciting co-investments in Glengary client companies and/or enabling their investments at earlier points than normal guidelines dictate.
