JOSEPH J. LOPRESTI, JR.

Mr. LoPresti has served as president of McDonald Hopkins since 1999. McDonald Hopkins is a corporate law firm headquartered in Cleveland with additional offices in Detroit and Columbus. Prior to becoming president of the firm, Mr. LoPresti served as chair of the firm's corporate department for 17 years. In addition to managing the firm, he works with many privately and publicly-held businesses, where he focuses his practice on providing counsel in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial banking and finance, and strategic planning. Mr. LoPresti has served and currently serves on the boards of several corporations.

Mr. LoPresti was named in "Ohio Super Lawyers 2004" in business for the Cleveland region and was listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" for banking law.

Mr. LoPresti serves on the boards of the American Red Cross, Cleveland Chapter; Applewood Centers, Inc.; Cleveland Graduates Council; Great Lakes Theater Festival; and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.

Mr. LoPresti earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
