MISSION

Glengary's mission is to help bridge the pervasive and problematic gap—existing nationwide, but extreme in Northeast Ohio—between angel investors and typical early-stage funds, as well as later stage investors. Glengary does not purport to be able to bridge this gap on its own. Rather, Glengary believes its process of client company involvement and record of success will stimulate other private equity groups and individual investors to consider investments at increased levels and/or at an earlier stage, than under typical early-stage investment scenarios. This process and approach is meant to complement other regional economic development efforts and private equity groups.

Glengary seeks to create value and wealth for its shareholders through private equity or equity-linked investments in its client companies. Additionally, Glengary believes that its primarily regional focus and hands-on approach to client company involvement will deliver more successful, earlier-stage investments and maximize investor returns while benefiting the Northeast Ohio region, helping its investors to "do well, while doing good".
